Spring (March to May): Another excellent time to visit, spring is marked by warmer temperatures, ranging from 20°C to 30°C . The season is characterized by blooming flowers, especially rhododendrons in the hilly regions. The landscape is vibrant with greenery, and the clear weather makes it ideal for photography and sightseeing. It’s a great season for tours, with temperatures being comfortable for outdoor activities. It is also a great time to smell the aromatic Darjeeling tea being freshly manufactured in the orthodox method in the many tea factories around Darjeeling.
Accommodations for this trip are carefully chosen to ensure comfort, relaxation, and convenience throughout your journey. The food on this tour offers a delightful mix of authentic Himalayan flavors with local cuisine from Nepali, Tibetan, Bhutia, and Lepcha societies and familiar Western options to suit all tastes. You’ll enjoy traditional Nepali dishes such as dal bhat (lentil soup with rice) and Sel roti (a sweet rice donut), , Tibetan momo (dumplings) and phaleys (thick Tibetan bread) giving you a true taste of the local culture. However, we also understand the need for variety, so Western food options like pasta, pizza, and sandwiches will be available at many of the hotels and restaurants you visit, providing you with comfort and choice throughout your journey.

For the comfort and convenience of our guests, we use SUVs for groups of three people or fewer. These vehicles offer a comfortable ride with ample space for personal luggage, ensuring a smooth journey through Darjeeling and Sikkim’s diverse landscapes. The SUVs are perfect for small groups seeking privacy and flexibility in their travel.
For groups of 4 to 8 people, we provide a Tempo Traveler, a spacious and reliable minivan designed to comfortably accommodate a larger group of travelers. With enough room for everyone, the Hiace ensures a pleasant ride, making it ideal for families or small groups.
