Booking Policy
At High Asia Tours, we believe that a clear understanding of booking terms ensures a smoother and more enjoyable travel experience. Please read the following information carefully before confirming your trip.
Booking a trip with us is easy. Once you’ve selected your itinerary, you can confirm your booking by contacting us via email or through our website. You can even give us a phone call. A confirmation invoice will be issued after we receive your initial payment.
Deposit & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of US$ 250 per person is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start date of your trip.
- For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other secure methods, details of which will be provided during the booking process.
All cancellation notices and refund requests must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply
- 45–59 days before departure: 25% of the land cost.
- 30–44 days before departure: 50% of the land cost
- 15- 29 days before departure: 75% of the land cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the land cost.
Please note that travel insurance fees, visa fees, and visa handling fees are non-refundable. Discounted airline tickets included in High Asia Tours packages may be subject to supplier or airline penalties. Refunds may not reflect the full ticket value and may require prepayment of a processing fee.
Changes to Your Booking
- Minor changes (e.g., date changes, name corrections) may be accommodated subject to availability and an administrative fee.
- Major changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, depending on the nature and timing of the request.
Trip Cancellation by High Asia Tours
- You will be offered an alternative trip or a full refund of all payments made to us.
- We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur (e.g., international flights, visa fees, insurance).
Responsibilities of the Traveler
- Provide accurate personal details as required (passport info, medical needs, etc.)
- Have valid travel documents, visas, and vaccinations (if required)
- Follow local laws and respect cultural norms during the trip
- Purchase adequate travel and medical insurance before departure
