India has amazing natural beauty and rich wildlife. Its rich culture, colorful festivals, historical monuments and pilgrimage sites never fail to attract the tourists and Indian hospitality have always been much-admired by peoples all over. Over the years, there has been enormous growth of tourists coming to India from all over the world providing a quick and rapid growth in its tourism.

Home to the tallest mountains in the world – Mt. Everest including other tall mountains, yaks and yetis, snow peaks, Gautam Buddha, Sherpa Climbers, world renowned Gurkha soldiers and so on, this landlocked country in South Asia has tremendously marked its presence and the past few years have been even more remarkable in one or the other way. Delhi- one of the rapidly rising cities in India is spread out over the west bank of the river Yamuna. This capital territory of India is overwhelmed with the remnants of lost empires and where Mughal mausoleums, vivacious marketplaces, colonial-era town planning and mammoth malls, street foods are few best things that cannot go unnoticed. The good range of tourist and cultural attractions and nightlife here can keep any visitors entertained and busy. This capital is a lively metropolis with an incredible blend of modernization and antiquity that has been conserved carefully. One of the oldest existing cities in the world is said to be Delhi, along with Jerusalem and Varanasi. Legend believes it to be more than 5,000 years old. Without a doubt, Delhi is an access into India and has something for everyone wishing to experience Indian culture and its way of life.

Agra- a city in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh state was founded by Sikandar Lodhi (Lodhi dynasty; Delhi Sultanate) in the 16th century and this place is home to the iconic Taj Mahal- a symbol of love and also a world heritage site along with two other world heritage sites. The numerous historical monuments in and around the city makes us realize that Agra has a rich historical background. The heritage of Agra city is associated with the Mughal dynasty but numerous other rulers have also contributed to the prosperous history of this city. The city has so much to offer and there is so much to be explored - array of sights, activities and events. There are also both traditional and modern shopping areas in Agra and one of the best souvenir you can take back home is the small marble imitation of the Taj Mahal.

In addition, you will travel to Nepal- a beautiful country located in the circuit of the Himalayas and whose beautiful scenic glory and historical monuments has never failed to amaze people. It is truly not easy to stay away from such a country which is a home to eight highest mountains in the world out of fourteen (above 8000m) and so many best trekking trails. The prosperous heritage of Patan city can be explored without any feeling of monotonous and you can well squander your days in the capital- Kathmandu. The capital is just a beautiful blend of all antique, medieval and modern architectures. And the splendor of Pokhara awaits you to be discovered. Pokhara is another quite a large and happening city attracting numerous tourists. Finally, there is no better place than Lumbini to end the trip. Lumbini is the place where Lord Buddha was born thus; it has its religious significance.

 

Outline Itinerary

Day 01:Arrival in Delhi.

Day 02:Excursion to Agra.

Day 03:Fly to Kathmandu.

Day 04:Kathmandu.

Day 05:Drive to Pokhara (200kms/5hrs).

Day 06:A Day in Pokhara.

Day 07:Another day in Pokhara.

Day 08:Drive to Lumbini.

Day 09:Drive to Gorakhapur-flight to Delhi.

Day 10:A day in Delhi.

Day 11:Depart Delhi.

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Arrive at Delhi by your international flight. You will be received by our representative at the arrival lounge and transport you to the hotel and help out with check in procedure. Since there is spare time in the evening, you can take a rest. Stay overnight in Delhi.

Day 02: Excursion to Agra
After our breakfast in the hotel, we leave for Agra from Delhi via road (210km/03 hrs-one way). We will visit Taj Mahal and come back to Delhi shortly. Stay overnight in Delhi.

Day 03: Fly to Kathmandu
After breakfast in the hotel, you will be transported in time to airport to fly to Kathmandu. After arriving in Kathmandu airport, get your Nepal visa, meeting with the guide and then transport to hotel and check in. Utilize some spare time on your own in the evening. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 04: Kathmandu
After breakfast in the hotel, there will be full day trip to three important cities: Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur. Stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 05: Drive to Pokhara (200kms/5hrs)
After breakfast in the hotel we drive to Pokhara, the city of natural history. Check in to the hotel and just unwind. Spare time is at your own in the evening. Stay overnight in Pokhara.

Day 06: A Day in Pokhara
We will have an expedition to Sarangkot each morning to get the spectacular view of the sunrise over the Himalayas. For breakfast, we will drive back to hotel and take an opportunity to visit Bindabasyani Temple on the way. After some break, we will visit some prominent sites like: Davi’s fall, Gupteshwar Cave and afterward we will have some great experience of a boat ride on a beautiful Fewa Lake. Stay overnight in Pokhara.

Day 07: Another day in Pokhara
After breakfast in the hotel, we will have the beautiful experience of the adventure sports of paragliding in the beautiful valley of Pokhara close to Fewa Lake (optional $100 per person).

Day 08: Drive to Lumbini
After breakfast in the hotel, we will drive to Lumbini from Pokhara (200kms/5hrs). We will check in at the hotel after our arrival in Lumbini and visit the holy temple of Maya Devi later on. This is the most significant and sacred site in Lumbini. We will also visit the monastic areas that are separated into two different sectors - East monastic sector and West monastic sector. East monastic sector is devoted to the building of Theravada monasteries from different countries while West is devoted to the building of Mahayana traditional monasteries from all over the world. Stay overnight in Lumbini.

Day 09: Drive to Gorakharpur-flight to Delhi
After breakfast in the hotel, we will depart for Gorakhpur in India (120kms/4 hrs), crossing the border at the Sunauli border would take some time. Transport to the airport to fly to Delhi after getting to Gorakhpur. Upon arriving to Delhi, you will be transported to the hotel for check-in. Stay overnight in Delhi.

Day 10: A day in Delhi
After breakfast in the hotel we will drive past the India gate, Raj Ghat and the Presidential buildings in New Delhi. In the evening, you will visit in some new parts of Delhi- visit Qutab Minar a UNESCO World Heritage site. Stay overnight in Delhi.

Day 11: Depart Delhi
After breakfast in the hotel, transfer to the airport in time for your flight back home. End of the service.
