Day 01: Bangkok - Siem Reap.
Up on arrival at Siem Reap airport, meet the guide and driver and get transferred to hotel (6Km). After some rest in the hotel we visit the attractions in Siem Reap. Angkor National Museum (90 Minutes): Angkor National Museum is situated on the main road to Angkor. The museum exhibits artifacts and statuettes from Angkorian era and also multi-media displays. We will stopover at Psah Chah which is an old market in the middle of the town. In 1975, it was ruined by the Khmer Rouge and then in 1996, it was reopened. There are several food stalls and souvenir shops in this market. Overnight in Siem Reap at Shinta Mani Resort- 4*/Similar.

Day 02: Siem Reap (B)
To visit the attractions in Angkor will take 8 hours. We will walk around the equipped city of Angkor Thom surrounded by a wall and broad moats. We go in through the enormous South Gate over a land bridge lined on each side by statuettes of demons and gods and carry on to the Terrace of Elephants, Terrace of the Leper Kings, Baphuon, Royal Enclosure and Phimeanakas. We then go on to the mystifying Bayon Temple and walk around the galleries of brilliantly conserved bas reliefs and take pictures of the stunning giant jovial stone faces. We will stopover at Ta Phrom Temple which is one of the most amazing temples of Angkor. There is a forest around this temple and has not been clean and it seems very much as it would have emerged when at first the European travelers stumble across it. We will also visit the striking Banteay Srei that is built from pink sandstone. The walls are enclosed in carefully served carvings of atypical fragility. And finally from the upper terraces of a primeval Angkorian temple, you can have a lovely view of the sunset over the Cambodian countryside.

Day 03: Siem Reap (B)
Excursion to Kampong Kleang with boat tour (duration: 6 Hours). Kampong Kleang is situated nearly 50 km from Siem Reap town. The place is situated on the northeast seashore on the circumference of Tonle Sap Lake which is efficiently significant. Although the road to get to the place is somewhat narrow, it is fine. The boat tour will discover the floating fishing villages that exists at the boundaries of the lake, fleeting plunged forests and fishing farms. Visit the attractions in Angkor (70 km), visit Angkor Wat (duration: 2 Hours): the highlight of any visit to Cambodia and the national icon is Angkor Wat and acts as the crown jewel of Khmer architecture. It is the most prevalent and best conserved among the Angkor temples. Its absolute scale and brilliantly balanced design and also the subtle artistic ability of its carvings never fail to astonish the visitors and it also has its religious importance. To reach the temple, we first have to cross the vast moat and then continue alongside a wide walkway lined with naga barrier. As we go into the main structure and just before we arrive at the central sanctuary we will go up through chains of courtyard and galleries where the sanctuary offers beautiful views back over the walkway and across the adjoining landscape. We then halt on the way to enjoy the elaborated and beautiful stone carvings. The carvings decorate almost every exterior of the temple. You will see some 1,700 Apsaras (celestial dancers) that are being molded from the walls. Next to the external gallery walls there is the longest bas-relief in the world. This bas-relief delivers the stories from Hindu mythology which also consists of the legendary Churning of the Ocean of Milk. Angkor Wat is really a spectacular place and can be visited any time of the day, but sunrise and sunset are particularly beautiful times to gaze at the play of light on the stones. Day 04: Siem Reap - Saigon (B)
Transfer to airport for flight to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). Meet guide at the airport and check in hotel. After some rest visit the attractions in Saigon (duration: Half day - 4 Hours). Saigon is a beautiful place with a combination of traditional and a modern life. The city is lively and swarming with spirit and activities. We will begin our trip into modern history by exploring the Reunification Palace which previously was known as Independence Palace of South Vietnamese president. On April 30, 1975, this 60s style building was prominently stormed by tanks denoting the fall of South Vietnam. The tanks have been preserved in its original state and they are put on display close to the entrance gates. We then drive to one of Saigon's most interesting pagodas. This is the historic centre - Emperor of Jade Pagoda. We will continue to explore and visit Neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office. We will also pass by the typical European-style attractions like the ornate City Hall (Hotel De Ville) and the old Opera House and they both are viewed from only outside. To conclude the trip, we will finally visit the central Ben Thanh Market. This market is the place where sellers display an immense selection of goods and handicrafts that tempts to every taste. Day 05: Saigon (B)
Excursion to Ben Tre (Mekong Delta) with boat tour and stopover at local village (duration: full day - 7.5 Hours) We reach at Ben Tre which is a calm place in Mekong that is prominent for lush coconut islands and take a boat sail on Ham Luong River. We will stopover at a local brick furnace and a workshop where coconut is processed in a primeval technique to separate the oil, flesh and husk. We will take a leisurely walk through a village and observe how a local family there creates mats from coconut and reed fiber. You can have chitchat with some of the villagers there over local fruits and a cup of tea. We can go further through villages, gardens and rice paddies by using bicycle or motorized rickshaw. Lunch at a local restaurant cannot be ignored but it is an elective. We will then travel around the slender winding palm-shaded arroyos by a small hand-rowed sampan and come back to the boat dock by motorboat. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 06: Saigon - Danang - Hoi An (B)
Tour to Cu Chi Tunnels (duration: 5.5 Hours) Cu Chi tunnels were in no way discovered by American forces and were a significant Vietcong base in the American War. This is an unbelievable underground network, dug manually out of hard laterite and stretches over 200 km and connected to command posts, hospitals, shelters and weapons factories. You can walk through the area and get knowledge of about the day to day life of Vietcong and see the entrances that are masqueraded proficiently and intricate booby-traps. Also some of the venture inside the tunnels has been customized to house tourists. In the afternoon get transferred to airport (15minutes) for flight to Danang and drive to Hoi An (35km). Day 07: Hoi An - Hue (B)
Visit the attractions in Hoi An (duration: half day 2.5 Hours) Hoi An is a scenic town at the bank of the river and all through the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, Hoi An was one of South East Asia's foremost international harbors. This town consists of several of the places of interest and you can simply visit all by foot. There is a Japanese Covered Bridge that was constructed in 1593 by Japanese community to connect the town with the Chinese quarters across the stream and close to the bridge, there is Sa Huynh Museum which houses displays from the earliest period of Hoi An's history. There is a 200 year old house Tran Family Chapel which is built for worshipping ancestors and a Phuoc Kien Assembly Hall. This is a Chinese pagoda built around 1690 and in 1900 it was again enlarged. In the Hoi An area, it is distinctive of the Chinese family and is devoted to Thien Hau Thanh Mau, the Goddess of the Sea and protector of sailors and fishermen. You can explore around the place and then you also enter into a lantern making workshop and observe the process of making the frame and the silk cloth putting onto the lantern. Afternoon drive from Hoi An to Hue (140 km, 3 hrs). From Hoi An, we will drive alongside the picturesque mountain roads with an amazing views over the coastline to arrive at Hue. On the way, you can see the remarkable Hai Van Pass, the high that separate line between the climate zones of North and South Vietnam. There is also Lang Co beach. It is an exquisite stretch of beach bending outwards between a clear blue lagoon and the East Vietnam Sea; and also the large coastal city of Danang. Overnight in Hue at Pilgrimage Village- 4*/Similar.

Day 08: Hue (B)
Visit the attractions in Hue. It was established in the 17th century and for more than 140 years, Hue used to be the capital of Vietnam. There are primeval temples, majestic buildings and French-style structures. Travel around to Thien Mu Pagoda with a boat tour on Perfume river (duration: 2 Hours). Get on a local boat and sail down Perfume River to the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda which is a beautiful seven leveled octagonal tower. This is one of the most extensively identifiable monuments in Hue. This developed into a centre of anti-government disputes in the early 1960s, and the place of the renowned self-immolation by the monk Thich Quang Duc. Visit Old Imperial City (duration 3.5 hours) - this Imperial Citadel is situated in the heart of Hue. It is an immense complex constructed in the early 19th century and modeled after the Forbidden City of Peking. The original walls were surrounded by an extensive moat and extended for 10 km. Even though in the Vietnam-American War, the bombing demolished most of the buildings here, the remaining monuments endow with a mesmerizing glance into the court life of the Nguyen Dynasty. We will move toward the city past the remarkable Flag Tower, where a massive Vietnamese flag proudly waves in the clouds to the grand Ngo Mon Gate, the chief access to the Imperial Enclosure. We then go into a region of open courtyards and calm lotus ponds and visit Dien Tho Residence (Dien Tho palace) where the Queen mother used to reside. Also visit Thai Hoa Palace - marvelously adorned reception hall, the Halls of the Mandarins and the original Nine Dynastic Urns, amongst other sites and that also consist of a visit to the Hue Royal Antiquities Museum. Visit the Imperial Tombs of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh (duration: 2 Hours), we will proceed into the scenery around Hue to Imperial Tomb of Tu Duc who was the longest sovereignty Vietnamese ruler. This graceful tomb was designed and built in his lifetime and utilized it as a retreat for meditation, reading and theatre performances. Since the environment here is peaceful, we will take some time to get engrossed in it. We will stroll amongst the elegantly balanced porches, courtyards and lotus ponds. Then after a while, we will stopover at the Imperial Tomb of Khai Dinh on a hillside which is also the very last of the monumental tombs of the Nguyen dynasty. Completed in 1931, this tomb puts together distinctive European elements into traditional Vietnamese architecture. Overnight in Hue.

Day 09: Hue - Hanoi (B)
Get transferred to the airport (15 minutes) for flight to Hanoi. Meet the guide at Hanoi and transfer to hotel (35kms). After some rest, visit the attractions in Hanoi (duration: 4 Hours)- we will go to Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, both are situated in the heart of Hanoi and have an island with the tiny Tortoise Pagoda. From there we will proceed on to travel around the Old Quarter. This mesmerizing arrangement of narrow alleys and shop houses is also known as The 36 Streets. Every street here is being named after the commodities conventionally sold which vary from fabrics, crafts, medicines and even tombstones. The Old Quarter is an appealing area to discover local life and also a glory for those who admire handicrafts. After a while, we will then stopover at the Museum of Ethnology - closed on Mondays & Vietnamese New Year. This museum brings to life the amazing cultural variety in Vietnam with art and artifacts from the 54 different ethnic groups that reside in the country. In the museum, you will see the in depth descriptions of minority groups, with examples of their customary clothing and way of life. Outside, there are authentic reconstructions of customary longhouses, cemeteries and also other distinct ethnic buildings. Overnight in Hanoi at Sunway Hotel Hanoi- 4*.

Day 10: Hanoi - Halong - Cruise (B, L, D)
Drive to Halong Bay from Hanoi city (160 km). We reach at Tuan Chau Island and transmit to cruise ship. You will be served with welcome drink along with cruise updates, safety directions and check-in cabins. Depart to Halong Bay and as you cruise, the program begins. As you cruise through Hoa Cuong Fishing Village, Ti Top area and Bai Tu Long Area, you will be provided with Vietnamese lunch. We will also visit Thien Canh Son Island where you can splurge some time swimming, kayaking (with supplement) or even discover the mystifying dark grotto. You can also take pleasure in cooking display with chef to learn the Vietnamese cooking of traditional spring rolls. There will be pre dinner cocktail with complimentary nuts & canapes. Day 11: Cruise - Halong - Hanoi - Luang Prabang (B)
On the Sundeck, there will be Tai Chi session and for light breakfast some tea, coffee and pastry will be served. You can also discover Sung Sot Cave and upon returning to the cruise, relish on breakfast buffet. Check-out of cabins; reach your destination at Tuan Chau Island. Drive from Halong to Hanoi (Noi Bai Airport) (160 km) for flight to Luang Prabang. Up on arrival at Luang Prabang meet guide and then transfer to hotel. Overnight in Luang Prabang at Villa Santi Hotel-4*/Similar.

Day 12: Luang Prabang (B)
Pleasure trip to Kuang Si Waterfalls (duration: 3 Hours). Drive to Kuang Si Waterfall from Luang Prabang. Close to Luang Prabang, this waterfall is situated in a perfect natural setting. This is a multi-tiered waterfall that falls over limestone formations into a chain of turquoise pools. You can indulge in swimming in the clear water or simply unwind in the natural surroundings. There is a local village Ban Ou or Ban Na Ouane which you can visit on the way, before driving back to Luang Prabang. Visit the attractions in Luang Prabang (duration: half day) Luang Prabang is a charming town located between Nam Khan and Mekong rivers. The town is overflowing with momentous temples and regal style structure. In 1995, the whole town was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will start with a visit to Wat Visoun (Wat Wisunalat) which happens to be the oldest existing temple in the city that dates back to 1513. The temple has a collection of very old wooden Buddha. We will visit the close by Wat Aham before carrying on to Wat Xieng Thong, the greatest jewel of all the monasteries and temples in the city. Its many flamboyant buildings attribute charming mosaics and gold cut-out frescos. We will stroll down from there to the main street of the city, and if we have enough time, we will stop by some of the many temples like: Wat Sibounheuang, Wat Si Moungkhoun, Wat Sop and Wat Sene that line its sides. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 13: Luang Prabang (B)
Visit the attractions in Luang Prabang. Early morning we will walk around a local market to observe the hustle and bustle. We will then carry on to National Museum (Royal Palace) which is reserved but elegant building merging with both conventional Lao and French themes of beaux-arts. This turn-of-the century majestic abode has been conserved the same as it was when the royal family last resided here. It offers distinctive understanding into the history of Laos. We will stopover at Hor Phrabang next. In the right front corner room of the Palace which opens to the outside is an assortment of the palace's most appreciated art, including the Phrabang, cast of a gold, silver and bronze mixture. This Buddha is 83 cm high and weighs about 50 kgs. Visit Wat Mai subsequently. Excursion by boat to Tham Pak Ou Caves (duration: 5-6 hours) We will move up to Mekong River to the steep limestone cliff overlooking Mekong and Nam Ou rivers, home to the Tham Pak Ou Caves. These amazing caves are full of Buddha images in each possible style and material. On the way to Pak Ou Cave, we will halt at Ban Xang Hai Village which is a local village prominent for the manufacture of the local rice wine whisky called lao lao. We will visit only if we have sufficient time as it opens from 6.00 am to 15.00 pm and on every major Buddhist holiday, it remains closed. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 14: Luang Prabang - Vientiane (B)
In the morning get transferred to airport for flight to Vientiane. Meet guide at Vientiane airport and transfer to hotel. After some rest in the hotel, visit the attractions in Vientiane. Vientiane is the capital city of Laos. This is a calm city with a magic appeal, attractive tree-lined roads, remarkable temples and lively markets. We will travel around many places of interest in the city that includes Pha That Luang- a luminous golden stupa which possibly is the most significant national monument in Laos. Then Ho Pha Keo which was the formal royal temple previously but at present a museum with beautiful examples of Buddhist statuettes like: Wat Si Saket; and Patuxai, a monumental arch motivated by the Arc de Triomphe, but effected with Lao design. Overnight in Vientiane at Mercure Vientiane Hotel- 4*/Similar.

Day 15: Vientiane-Bangkok (B)
After leisurely breakfast, get transferred to airport for the flight back to Bangkok and connect your flight back home.
