In this category, we have chosen the trekking routes which are not only physically strenuous but also are in remote and wilderness area, with very limited or almost no facilities. These trips include tough travel conditions and some steep climbing and may require use of ropes at some point and altitude often exceeds 5,500m. Trails may be ill-defined and passes become impassable when snows up and we shouldn’t attempt these treks without a full supplied camping support. Trekking duration can be as long as 20-30 days.

These treks are really challenging and demands excellent physical fitness level, previous high altitude trekking experience, mental preparedness and determination. In this category, we have chosen the routes like Dhaulagiri in the western Nepal, Kanchanjunga in the eastern Nepal and some routes like Dolpo, Simikot-Mount Kailash and Manaslu which are not only restricted by geography but also by the laws of the country and we require to obtain special permits from Nepal government. Dhaulagiri is the ultimate adventure and the most difficult of the Nepal Himalaya Trekking and features new territory and involves a good amount of physical challenges.Kanchanjunga trekking in the eastern Nepal gives us opportunity to close up with Mount Kanchangjunga-the third highest mountain on earth and the route goes through the remotest area of far eastern Nepal. It is one of Nepal’s least trekked areas and certainly one of the most beautiful.

Trekking in Dolpo-in north-west Nepal fascinates visitors with its emerald Phoksundo Lake and magnificent scenery of trans-Himalayan wild and pristine landscape and so is Simikot to Mount Kailash, which is the only access to the Mount Kailash from Nepal side. These trekking routes go through rugged Trans Himalayan areas and have scatted traditional villages and people there practice Tibetan Buddhism.
