| Easy treks are usually short treks of duration about a week with average walking of 5 hours a day with maximum altitude gain of 3,500m. Easy treks are for those trekkers who do not have any previous experience, but still want to see the country scenery, meet and interact with the local ethnics and also enjoy the views of the mountains. The treks still involve walking up and down gradual hills, on well-defined trails and some of the days can be longer than average 5 hours.
